The Martel Electronics PPC-3300 Precision Pressure Calibrator is a
rugged portable dual range digital pressure calibrator. This multi-functional instrument
incorporates state-of-the-art digital pressure and electrical measurement technologies to
facilitate the calibration of pressure transmitters and switches. The PPC-3300 is
factory-configured to measure any two pressure ranges you specify from the 5, 30, 100,
300, or 3,000 PSI ranges available.
Signal outputs from the integral pressure sensors are supplied to a 16-bit
analog-to-digital converter for processing, filtering, and control. This circuit design
provides 0.05% of reading pressure measurement accuracy. The integrated, isolated pressure
sensor for the 30, 100, 300, and 3000 PSI ranges have 316 stainless steel sensors for all
gases and liquids. The 5 PSI range unit has a plastic sensor and should only be used for
measurement of non-corrosive gases and liquids.
The PPC-3300 is housed in a water-resistant NEMA 4X ABS case, which has an ergonomic
design for ease of operation. All controls including power, zero, and engineering unit
selection, are via a sealed membrane keypad for reliable operation in adverse weather
conditions.
The combination of high accuracy measurement technology and robust design makes the
PPC-3300 the ideal choice to tackle demanding pressure and electrical monitoring, as well
as test and calibration applications. |
