FCO501 Low Pressure Supply Unit from Furness Controls

wpe27.jpg (4903 bytes)

One of our most popular products sold. The FCO501 was designed as an accessory for setting very stable, low pressures to a device under test AND a standard for calibration purposes.  Using micrometering valves and the on-board pump, the FCO501 can set pressures as low as 0.0002 inches of water with stability to 5 decimal places!  This is the only manually-operated device sold today that provides stable pressures for testing draft pressure transducers and transmitters.  A constant flow is supplied to the two valves, allowing coarse and fine pressure adjustment. The FCO501 is the ideal low pressure calibration tool for the calibration lab or instrument shop.

  Features include:

Sets pressures from 0.0002 inches H20 to 80 inches H20
Pneumatic connections for both standard and device under test
Coarse and fine pressure control
Includes internal pump
Flow-based system
Low-cost

PPC500 Low Pressure Calibrator from Furness Controls

wpe28.jpg (7322 bytes)

The PPC500 is the ideal calibrator for those low inches-of-water transmitters and gauges. Two ranges are available on each PPC500. Transmitters can be powered and the voltage/current displayed directly on the PPC500 front panel. Calibration data can be logged to internal memory for later retrieval. The included RS232 port allows data to be downloaded to a PC or the PPC500 can be integrated into an automated test system.

  Features include:

Accuracy of +/-0.1% of reading
Model 1 covers 0.0008" H20 to 8" H20
Model 2 covers 0.008" H20 to 80" H20
DC power supply and voltage/current display
Data-logging for paperless calibrations.
Rechargeable battery or AC operation

PPC3 Pressure Controller/Calibrator from DH Instruments

The PPC3 is a third generation product that extends the limits of both measurement and control capabilities.   A special PPC3 design for calibration of inches-of-water differential devices offers +/-0.008% of READING accuracy from +/-5 to +/-60 inches of water.  True bi-directional control allows calibration through zero differential without changing modes of the controller.

When ordered for inches-of-water operation, the PPC3 is supplied with a Dual Volume Unit, which contains two thermally insulated volumes that improve the control precision at low pressures and isolate the test system from changes in ambient conditions. Control precision of 0.001% of autoranged span allows excellent control even down in the fractional inches-of-water ranges.

  Features include:

Accuracy of +/-0.008% of reading
Range of +/-60 inches-of-water
Fully automatic control
True bi-directional operation
RS232 and IEEE-488 standard
