When you need accuracy and durability under high temperature conditions, Hart's new 5659 Oven Probe, with full ITS-90 calibration, can be completely inserted into your oven from the tip of the sheath to the end of the cable. Providing accuracies of ±0.055°C to 500°C, its unique lead wire construction allows you to immerse the entire assembly when a thermowell isn't available. The 5659 is designed with 24 gauge nickel-clad copper lead wires and stainless steel overbraiding for a greater resistance to heat. Place the entire probe assembly into the oven at 500°C with an accuracy to ±0.055°C. With each probe, you receive a full calibration report traceable to NIST and compliant to ANSI/NCSL Z540. This report also includes test data and the ITS-90 calibration coefficients for easy entry into your Hart readout device. Combine the 5659 with Hart's 1529-R Chub-E4, or the 1560/2562 Black Stack for multi-channel datalogging of your oven.
