Rosemount-Designed Baths

Since 1998, Hart Scientific has been the manufacturer of Rosemount-designed baths. Hart is also the exclusive supplier of parts and service for all Rosemount bath products.

Rosemount-designed baths have enjoyed a solid reputation and have been used in calibration labs for over 30 years. Like all lab instruments and mechanical devices, these baths require periodic maintenance. Hart Scientific understands temperature baths and the Rosemount designs. Though some of the parts used in Rosemount-designed baths have become obsolete and difficult to acquire, we are continuing to service and repair these baths so long as parts are available. For replacing or upgrading Rosemount Model 915 Bath Controllers, Hart’s Model 7900 Controller installs easily, improves important cutout functions, and includes all the great features of Hart’s own widely acclaimed bath controllers.

New Rosemount-designed baths are also available from Hart. We offer a number of variations on the three common Rosemount designs. The 7910 series includes two different dewar sizes, a stirring mechanism that accesses the bath fluid through the top of the dewar, and three different heating and cooling systems for a variety of temperature range choices. The 7913 series is virtually identical to the 7910 series except stirring is accessed through the bottom of the dewar. The 7911 ice bath series consists of a glass or stainless steel dewar with a 2.5 inches in diameter x 8 inches deep calibration zone and an agitation assembly mounted above the dewar.

Because the volume on these baths is so low, Hart has to manufacture them as custom units. Again, Hart is able to supply the baths only as parts availability permits.
